Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 27-Aug. 2:
Gregory Allan Olsen, 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 76 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Jennifer Anne Evans, 37, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. She received credit for one day served. Evans also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Stacia L. Maughan, 31, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Cecelia Anne Phillips, 59, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to re-register. She was found guilty and fined $65 plus $35 in court costs.
