Did you know that our Local Lake County Transfer station takes all types of plastic for recycling that you cannot even recycle in Missoula?
Flathead Reservation Human Rights Coalition would like everyone to know that recycling locally is easy. As part of 350.org Moving Planet Day on Sept. 24, we are providing to local eateries free placemats that feature the items you can recycle at the station. We want to help spread the word to “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.”
We are also hosting reusable hot and cold drinking cup giveaways at local coffee drive-ins from Arlee to Polson. So stop in, buy a drink and get a ticket to enter you in a drawing to win the prizes. One ticket comes with every drink purchased. Good luck, and start recycling today. It is a great family activity.
