Get muddy with the B&GC Polson Mud Run fundraiser
News from the Boys and Girls Club of the Flathead Reservation
POLSON – The Boys and Girls Club of the Flathead Reservation and Lake County presents the 4th annual Polson Mud Run. Circle your calendar for Saturday, July 15, and show up at the Polson Fairgrounds at 9:30 a.m. for the Mud Run of your life and one of the toughest courses combining a challenging mix of climbing, kayaking, and running. Bobcats Boosters plan two-day event
POLSON — The Flathead Lake Bobcat Boosters are sponsoring a two-day scholarship fundraiser July 28 and 29. There will be a lake cruise aboard the KwaTaqNuk’s Shadow on Friday from 6-9 p.m., specifically designed for MSU alums, families and friends to socialize with other Bobcats. There will be a buffet dinner and a cash bar available.
The golf scramble will be at the Polson Bay Golf Club on Saturday, July 29. The scramble begins at 10 a.m., followed by a social hour and dinner.

Free life jackets available
News from Providence St. Joseph Medical Center
The Boat Us Foundation and Providence St. Joseph Medical Center’s Emergency Department have partnered with a free life jacket loaner program. Life jackets from infant on up are available to borrow and return at the St. Joseph Emergency Department, seven days a week. Stop in at 6 Thirteenth Ave. East, Polson and keep your family safe on the water this summer.
