I'm writing this letter to say, "Way to go Mission Bulldogs, and congratulations, Class of 2011."
Congratulations first to the Bulldog football team for your excellent season, and to Mission girls' volleyball, basketball and softball, boys' and girls' tennis, boys' and girls' track, boys' basketball, and in wrestling for doing excellently in divisional and at state this year. You all make the school, your fans, classmates, friends and families very proud of you.
Now to the St. Ignatius graduates of 2011: now that you all have graduated from high school, it is time for you all to go your separate ways. Some of you will be going to college in state and out of state, going out to find jobs or joining the military. Whatever you all have in mind for your future, just remember what your classmate Adessa Durglo said, "This is not goodbye — that is why we have Facebook. We will always see each other again, because we are a wolf pack."
So again, congratulations to the 23 seniors in the Class of 2011.
