SHELBY - Ronan golfer Brooklyn Olson garnered her first all-state honors when she finished tied for 11th in the Class B state golf tournament.
Olson, a junior, shot a 91 Tuesday and a 92 Thursday for a 183 total on the par 72 Marias Valley Golf Course in Shelby.
“I felt my performance at state was solid,” Olson said. “I had room for improvement but I played some of my best tournament scores of the year. So, I was happy with that.”
Olson’s teammate James Farmer carded rounds of 90 and 89 to finish at 179.
Ronan High School golf will be back in full swing in the fall as Ronan moves up to Class A.
