ST. IGNATIUS — St. Ignatius/Charlo wrestling team finished second with 127 points, 151 points behind the powerhouse first-place Corvallis team, at the Glyn Brawley Classic in Corvallis on Dec. 17.
Barret Sargent (189) and Chadd Anderson (215) won their divisions. Sargent beat Hamilton’s Forest Fortney in a 3-2 decision, and Anderson took Corvallis’ James Weidow 8-3.
On Dec. 13, the Mission wrestlers hosted Florence, and several Bulldogs earned first-round pins. Steven Bravo (152) pinned Bryce Cobbs in 1:02, and Chadd Anderson pinned Kennan Hendrickson in 1:52.
Jamie Mullins won in the 105-pound weight division and Scotty Gilleard (130) earned an 8-6 decision over Tanner Lund.
