POLSON – Visiting Hamilton Broncs narrowly slipped by the Lady Pirates 8-7 on Saturday.
Breyland McColl went 3-for-4 with three RBIs and a home run. Ashely Benson, Kaylanna Desjarlais and Haley Fyant all went 2-for-4 for the Lady Pirates.
On April 18, the Lady Pirates dropped a home game to Frenchtown 10-6.
Kaelyn Smith went 3-for-3 with a triple, while teammate Laurel Bitterman went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs.
