POLSON – Both Pirates and Lady Pirates finish the regular season with home victories against Whitefish on Saturday.
The Pirates wrapped up their regular season with a 13-5 overall record with a 78-31 win over Whitefish. A 24-7 first quarter gave the Pirates the lead and a 17-3 fourth quarter sealed the deal.
The Lady Pirates broke out with a 19-5 first-quarter lead and never looked back in a 44-28 victory over Whitefish.
Lauren Lefthand led the Lady Pirates with 14 points and Kaelyn Smith followed up with 11.
The Pirates and Lady Pirates are on the road starting Wednesday at Hamilton for a Class A divisional match.
