DIXON — Does this 40-plus degree weather, blue skies, and winter thaw give you early Spring fever? This has been a real Montana winter ... I am fortunate to be retired and able to hibernate most of the time. I do appreciate going to the Dixon Senior Center to interact with people.
You can come to Dixon Senior Center for lunch at noon on Thursdays and on Mondays for dinner at 5:30 p.m. Meals are just $4, and any age is welcome.
The menu for the rest of February will be:
— Thursday, Feb. 16: egg salad sandwiches
— Monday, Feb. 20: chicken broccoli Alfredo
— Thursday, Feb. 23: tuna casserole
— Monday, Feb. 27: breaded chicken potato salad
Take-out meals are available. Dessert, homemade bread, fruit, and vegetables are served with meals.
Our center is available to rent for meetings or special occasions. Do you have an anniversary, birthday party, or graduation or a shower coming up? Call Delene Tufly at 406-246- 3271 for details.
A reminder - if you have passed by and heard a joyful noise,the Dixon Community Baptist Church meets in our center at 10 a.m. every Sunday. Visitors are most welcome to join in fellowship. A potluck meal is held on the first Sunday of the month.
