Wrapped in Hope is working to help moms who are drug and alcohol dependent during pregnancy. The program provides prenatal care with licensed addiction counselors at both Providence St. Joseph and St. Luke Hospitals. Patients can benefit from services including transportation, childcare, cell phones, and baby supply needs. Providence-St. Joseph, CSKT Tribal Health, St. Luke Hospital and Lake County Public Health are working together to help moms through the program. Anyone can refer a person to the program or call for support. Connie Eleshuk is the Hope Patient Navigator and primary contact for the program at 406-871-7078 or Wrappedinhope2@ gmail.com.
