News from Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana
CHARLO – Fall is right around the corner, and to celebrate, the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana is throwing a party. The second annual Chili, Brew and Blues will be Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Leon Community Clubhouse. Homemade chili will be served from 5-7 p.m. and live music with Max Hay follows at 7-9 p.m. Special raffle baskets will be available, as well as a live auction of two paintings by Olivia Olsen and Juanita Small Salmon. These beautiful quick-draw paintings were done by Olivia and Juanita on the museum grounds during the Cultural Arts Fair in July.
The chili dinner and music costs $15 per person; if you come for the music only, the cost is $10 per person. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Blackfoot Telecommunications Group, Charlo Grocery, First Citizens Bank, Glacier Bank, Harvest Foods, Thrivent, Valley Banks, and Whitefish Credit Union are sponsoring this fundraising event for our 501c3 organization.
