POLSON — With “I run for pie,” on the flyer, the fourth annual Turkey Trot provides a way to get a little exercise before the big turkey dinner on Thanksgiving Day.
The 5K run/walk will begin at 9 a.m. at Century 21 Big Sky Real Estate at the intersection of Highway 93 and Highway 35. Trotters race down Highway 35 and through Mission Bay and back.
Race coordinator Tyana Smith said there would be no T-shirts this year, and the $5 entry fee will go directly to Loaves and Fish Food Bank.
