POLSON — A fool and his money ... can throw one heck of a party.
My bad - I wrote last week that the toenail clinic would be on Aug. 12, but those of you who know that it’s always on Wednesday will be here on Aug. 10 from 10 a.m.- noon. Sorry for the late notice.
There will be over 20 safer drivers on the streets after taking Clara’s AARP Safe Driving Class on Aug. 16. Participants will then be better equipped to deal with those drivers who haven’t taken the class. Call us at 406-883-4735 to get on the list.
The veterans’ representative will also be here on Aug. 16.
The annual Polson Senior Center meeting will be held on Aug. 26 at lunchtime for the purpose of electing officers for the upcoming year. Get involved; make a difference.
Our lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, Aug. 11: hamburger gravy over whipped potatoes
— Friday, Aug. 12: delicious cheeseburger and fries — Monday, Aug. 15: Sausage gravy and biscuits
— Tuesday, Aug. 16: Pork cutlets, rice and gravy
— Wednesday, Aug. 17: crab salad stuffed tomatoes All meals are accompanied with vegetables and a dessert. Lunch is served from11:45-12:30 p.m.
