Judge Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases Feb. 25- March 3:
Kazz Elias Stiger, 20, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and charged $85 in court costs.
Casey Craig Cooper, 33, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $485.
Andrew Joseph Bybee, 29, pleaded not guilty to resisting arrest. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 suspended and 20 days credited. Bybee was also charged $85 in court costs.
Justin K. Koehler, 21, pleaded guilty to driving without a driver’s license, expire more than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $35 in court costs.
Alan James Prindel, 30, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (less than 60 grams), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $500 with $400 suspended. He was also charged $85 in court costs.
Chance Crowder, 22, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
John Michael Barker, 25, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Also in January Barker was cited for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He pleaded guilty and was found guilty. For this charge, Barker was sentenced to jail for 180 days with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Sandra Houle Brown, 48, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Beau Herman Miller, 23, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (less than 60 grams), first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 suspended, and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
