Mariners’ fundraising dinner, auction set
NINEPIPE — The Mission Valley Mariners’ baseball team is holding their annual auction and fundraising dinner at the Ninepipes Lodge and Restaurant on Saturday, March 12. The event, titled Meet the Mariners, will be served by the team members dressed in black tie attire starting at 7 p.m. Music will be provided by the Scott Free Band. Tickets are $25. Five-player teams to compete
RONAN – The 2016 Ronan 5 on 5 basketball tournament will be held March 25-26 at the Ronan Event Center and Ronan High School gyms. The event is open to spectators. The admission fees are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Boys’ and girls’ games for grades five and six will be held Friday, March 25, and boys’ and girls’ games will be held Saturday, March 26. Each team is guaranteed three games and the entry fee is $150. There will be no charge for players and up to two coaches per team. Concessions and tournament garments will be available for purchase.
