Career Fair set at college

PABLO — The 2016 Salish and Kootenai College Career Fair will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Joe McDonald Health and Wellness center. The career fair is a convenient, effective, and inexpensive way for recruiters to meet with and interview prospective applicants. This is an opportunity to meet local, state, and national representatives from organizations that offer full-time employment, part-time employment, summer employment, internships, and other career opportunities. Last year, more than 70 employment and recruitment agencies and more than 350 registered participants attended the event.
Career fair participants will be able to gain insight on what employment opportunities exist and what employers are looking for in potential candidates. The goal is for all SKC students to explore opportunities in their field of study and other areas of interest by meeting potential employers and visiting with representatives.
