I am writing an open letter to the local news media and Ronan City government. I was one of three persons to apply for the vacant ward three city council position. I was never notified of my needing to appear at any meeting or interview regarding the application. This has made me appear to be a chump that submitted an application as a joke, and possibly made it look like the whole application process wasn’t followed properly.
I have to wonder if the city government even took my application seriously. I also must say that the local news media has failed the Ronan community once again, coverage of affairs in our town seem to take a back seat to the fine folks to the north. Anyway what's done is done and I’m done whining now.
