News from the office of Governor Steve Bullock
HELENA — Governor Steve Bullock appointed three local individuals to committees last week.
Megan Bailey was appointed to the Protect Montana Kids Commission. Bailey is a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and serves as mental health therapist at Sunburst Mental Health Community Foundation in Polson.
Anna Whiting Sorrel and John Williams were both appointed to the Governor’s Council on Healthcare Innovation.
Sorrel is the Director of Operations, Planning and Policy at the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes Tribal Health Department.
Williams is the president of the Family Physicians Group/Montana Academy of Family Physicians at St. Luke Community Healthcare in Polson.
