POLSON — Flathead River Rodeo and S&K Gaming LLC announced that the Indian National Finals has named Flathead River Rodeo as the INFR Tour Rodeo of the Year for 2015. Flathead River Rodeo has been the recipient of this award for its fourth consecutive year since the rodeo’s inception in 2012.
Each year, the INFR contestants vote on this prestigious award for the top rodeo in the INFR tour system. Twenty rodeos in Indian nations from Arizona to Canada, Florida to California were competing for the award.
The tour rodeo honors will be awarded Nov. 2 at the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. This will kick-off as the opening ceremonies of the INFR Finals held at the South Point Hotel & Casino. The award will be received by S&K gaming’s CEO Sheila Matt, S&K Gaming Board of Directors and S&K Gaming staff.
Flathead River Rodeo has assembled world-class Native American personnel, stock, and top rodeo athletes to produce fun filled entertainment that keeps spectators on the edge of their seats.
The Flathead River Rodeo boasts $5,000 per rodeo event with a total payout of $45,000, live entertainment after each performance, and big-screen playback.
