RONAN — Here’s the news for the Journal from Martha.
“Raffle drawing has changed to Nov. 18. On Halloween please wear a crazy hat or costume for Halloween. It is “Birthday Dinner” day and Halloween as well,
We want to “thank everyone who helped with the yard sale and who donated thing(s) to sell. Our sale was a great success for the Ronan Senior Center and The Counsel on Aging.”

Something to keep in mind: The Ronan Senior Center will gladly accept any and all of quality donations such as food, antiques, family heirlooms, and any financial donations are also well received. — Wednesday, Oct. 14: foot clinic at 10 a.m.-noon; meatloaf, mashed potatoes; crafts after lunch
— Friday, Oct. 16: Bailey Insurance from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.; pizza, fruit and veggies; then bingo with Martha
— Monday, Oct. 19: porcupine meatballs, seasoned potatoes, fruit, veggies
— Wednesday, Oct. 21: tomato bisque and cheddar broccoli soup, ham sandwich, fruit, veggies; crafts to follow lunch
