CHARLO — One of the most popular features of the yearly Black Tie Dinner, an annual fundraiser for the Ninepipes Museum of Early Montana held in January, is the pre-dinner tour of the museum with co-founder Bud Cheff Jr.
To wrap up the 2015 tourist season, Bud will conduct personalized tours on three Saturdays: Sept. 12, Oct. 10, and Nov.14. The 90-minute tours will start at 1 p.m.
Take advantage of this opportunity to hear stories directly from Bud about museum artifacts and the people of early Montana. Be sure to include time to inspect Bud’s latest replica on the museum grounds, a buffalo wagon.
Space is limited to 20 people per tour, so reserve your spot by calling 406-644-3435. The museum and gift shop are open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and will close for the winter on Saturday, Nov. 28.
The museum is available for group tours year-round.
