CHARLO — An Assistance for Business Clinic will be offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1 at Ninepipes Lodge. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.
The Clinics are designed to assist new and established employers, accountants, bookkeepers, human resource professionals and lawyers to proactively prevent unnecessary claims and/or charges by providing updated reporting of state withholding, UI Tax requirements, workers’ compensation coverage, tax incentives, minimum wage, overtime, USERRA laws and regulations.
The cost is $40 per person or $35 for two or more, lunch included.
