Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases April 8 -14:
Adam C. Tryon, 25, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of driving without a valid driver’s license, expired less than 180 days. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 suspended, and fined $250 plus $35 in court costs. Tryon also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine suspended, and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Jaime Lee Landsness, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and credited for one day served. Landsness was also fined $300 plus $85 in court costs.
Sandra D. McGill, 56, pleaded not guilty to an amended offense of reckless driving. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Robby Allen Congdon, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Harley J. Marvin, 45, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense.
He was found guilty, sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Melody Mann Fletcher, 50, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $150 plus $35 in court costs.
Roberta Lynn McCauley, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs.
Benjamin Ross White, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty, sentenced to two days in jail with all suspended, and fiend $250 plus $35 in court costs.
Patsy Pauline McCrea, 66, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, and fiend $400 plus $85 in court costs. McCrea also pleaded guilty to failing to obey a red (stop) traffic signal. She was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
