RONAN — We’re cleaning the center for yet another great event: Senior citizens’ lunches, dinners and many other activities.
The crew constantly cleans our center and makes it as inviting as possible. The great folks who make it all happen are happily busy and inviting you all to our events. An example of ongoing invitations is the “Bring A Friend Day.” There’s a prize given for bringing a friend on July 22 for a lunch of pulled pork, steak fries, veggies, and fruit.
A bake sale will take place on July 31 at noon. (Call Andrea at 406-676-2371, for more information.) Lunch that day includes roast beef, mashed potatoes, veggies, fruit, and rolls. (Advanced notice is requested.)
On July 15 lunch will be a Chinese buffet complete with rice, stir-fry, veggies, and fruit. June and her foot clinic will also take place that day from 10-noon. The menu on July 17 is fish, seasoned potatoes, veggies, and fruit. The Monday, July 20, meal will be served at noon and will be meat loaf, mashed potatoes, veggies, fruit, and rolls. Cards will be played on Monday, July 20, at 7 p.m.
Special Notice: Food prices keep edging their way upward and the center has been fighting back. We need your thoughts and or ideas on raising prices. Be candid but polite. We do assist some who are needy. Please tell us your thoughts on the idea of a slight increase in the cost of lunch by either coming in person to the center or calling Andrea, Martha or any board member at 406-676-2371. Thanks.
