RONAN – The very notion senior citizens are not productive is worse than a waste of time; it can be damaging.
Your life is important, valuable and for the rest of us, encouraging. Ronan Senior Citizens Center, located at 528 Main Street, stands up for the seniors of all ages, races and ethnic backgrounds. We are proud of our record and you can depend on our staff to keep you safe and happy with wonderful food, friendly people and up-to-date activities.

Our summer days always seem to have different surprises in store.
Today was no exception ... 90 and over recognition time and life stories by Betty Corum featured Kay Schnase; an update on insurance needs; and always a good joke and lots of laughs. Give it a try.
June and food ... now that’s a menu to plan by:
— Remember all meals are served with dessert, coffee, milk, juice.
— For home delivered meals, call Lynette Corum at 406-676-2367 by 10 a.m. to place or cancel an order or cancel.
— An evening meal is served the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.
— Wednesday, June 24: ham hock and beans, vegetables, fruit, salad, corn muffins
— Friday, June 26: roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, fruit, rolls (birthday meal)
— Monday, June 29: taco bar, toppings, vegetables, fruit
— Wednesday, July 1: (The menu is not published yet, but good food is promised.)
Crafts are worked on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. and cards are played the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. Jane’s foot clinic takes place every third Wednesday from 10 a.m.-noon (see sign up sheet). A birthday dinner takes place at noon on the last Friday of each month. A board meeting convenes the first Monday of each month at 9:30 a.m.
