POLSON — Polson High School’s Student Government would like to thank Kalispell Regional Medical Center for their generous donation. Due to cardiac problems that have gained more serious attention in athletics, Polson High School’s Board of Governors chose to invest in two AED systems for their school project this year. Student body President Sarah Rausch reached out to KRMC early in the year seeking donations to make this dream a reality. KRMC was eager to respond to Polson High School’s request and paid for both AED systems in full. Each Physio-Life Control AED cost $1,795. Thanks to Kalispell Regional Medical Center’s aid, Polson High School is now better equipped with devices that will increase cardiac safety for students, athletes, and fans alike. Polson High School’s Student Government greatly appreciates KRMC’s increased presence in the Mission Valley and would like to extend their “heartfelt” thank you.
