The Wolf Den bar in downtown Polson will be rennovated into an upscale wine bar with Montana and European-sourced spirits. The historic sign, in place since the middle of the last century, was taken down last week. Owners Gerry and Joe Browning plan to call the establishment The Vine and Tap, and hope to be open mid-June.
