Representatives of any business greeting visitors to the area are invited, free of charge, to attend the new “406 Hospitality” seminar in Polson. The Polson Chamber of Commerce will host the training at KwaTaqNuk Resort, 49708 US Hwy 93 E., Polson on Tuesday, May 19 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Business owners, managers, and front-line staff are encouraged to attend together.
Offered by the Montana Office of Tourism and the Montana Superhost Program, “406 Hospitality” is for service providers to engage with their guests; promote their community, region and state; mend guest concerns; and refresh themselves and their organizations. Combining efforts to prioritize excellent customer service ensures the viability of Montana’s economic success and its $4 billion tourism industry.
Seminar trainer Lisa Jones will motivate attendees to value their role in Montana’s tourism industry, connect with customers and take a fresh look at ways businesses can not only attain rave reviews from visitors, but also keep them returning again and again. With strong connections to the Montana tourism industry, Lisa will provide practical skills and tips that can be put to use immediately.
Attendees are encouraged to bring brochures, flyers, or information to share about area businesses and attractions. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion. Pre-registration is required. Please contact Amber Pacheco-Holm at (406) 883-5969
