News from the Mission Valley Christian Academy
POLSON — The Mission Valley Christian Academy presented their annual drama production on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, March 25-27. Around 250 people attended the performances of Little Women, held at the school. This is MVCA’s 21st year of presenting shows for the Mission Valley.
Viktra Bumgarner was this year’s director and she inspired the students to communicate the richness of love and commitment of God and family in this timeless story. Carolyn Hall and Julie Conrad assisted to help this project become a smashing success. All 21 high school students were involved in the production. Thirteen students had acting roles and the others contributed behind the scenes with costumes, building the set, lights and the program.
The guests were treated to a delightful dessert provided by Scottage Cakery and refreshments were provided as well during the intermission. There were numerous businesses and individuals who contributed to the production and program. The school is very grateful for the support and encouragement from the community.
