Port Polson Players invite you to laugh off the winter doldrums with the classic 1950s comedy “Born Yesterday” at Polson’s beautiful “Log Theatre on the Lake.” Joining an ensemble of twelve Mission Valley performers, Billie Dawn (Anna Lewing) turns the tables on pugnacious Harry Brock (Kyle Stinger) with the help of mild-mannered reporter Paul Verrall (Jim Siragusa). The performance takes place over two weekends, March 20-22 and 27-29, at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets are $14 for adults, $13 for senior citizens and students. Because the humor will be over their heads, the play isn’t recommended for kids 12 and under. Call (406) 883-9212 for reservations, or go to portpolsonplayers.com. The show is presented in association with Mission Valley Friends of the Arts, who remind you that “A little education is a dangerous thing today,” especially if you were “Born Yesterday.”
