Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases from Nov. 25-Dec. 1:
Michael D. Erickson, 40, pleaded guilty to partner or family member assault, second offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 365 days in jail, 355 suspended, and fined $500 plus $85 in court costs. He will receive credit for time served.
Robert Mark Stotts, 42, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 89 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Brittany Leanne McGillivray, 28, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Michael Ray Lawlor, 23, pleaded guilty to improper passing in a no-passing zone. He was found guilty and fined $50 plus $35 in court costs.
Anthony Nick Moschetti, 29, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 89 suspended, and fined $300 plus $35 in court costs.
Arnold Ray Clark, 59, pleaded guilty to surreptitious visual observation or recordation (resident), first violation. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs. Clark also pleaded guilty to sexual assault. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $100 plus $85 in court costs.
Larry Glen Williams, 49, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine suspended, and fined $50.
