‘No tell’ policy is for benefit of dismissed party

What many people are failing to realize about this whole issue is that the school board's "no tell" policy is there for the dismissed party's benefit. Let's say, for example, that the person in question had told native students they wouldn't amount to anything because they were native, or had told students that other students were "dope dealers." Were that to be public knowledge, that person's career would be ruined. It looks to me like the school board voted Mr. Hendrickson "off the island," and Montana law is there to protect him and preserve his future career. I believe that an obstacle is an opportunity in disguise, and he has my best wishes. Maybe the next guy will do even better.
