Polson soccer athletes receive All-State honors

POLSON – Two Lady Pirates and one Pirate have been honored with All-state titles.
Sarah Howell and Olivia Hewston were named All-State for the girls, marking a third All-State nod for Howell in her senior year.
Alex Helgeson snagged an All-State honor for the Pirates, also picking up an All-Conference title.
Other All-Conference honorees include Lady Pirates Keely Clairmont, Linnea Madsen and Tiara Duford and Pirates Jaben Wenzel, Mike Mercer, and Spencer Raymond.
Helgeson and Raymond have played their last season as seniors but the Pirates will return Mercer and Wenzel. Hewston and Duford will return next year as juniors while the Lady Pirates will say goodbye to seniors Howell, Madsen and Clairmont.
