Justice of the Peace Chuck Wall dealt with the following cases July 13-19:

Elisabeth Leann Moser, 46, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of operating with alcohol concentration of .08 percent or greater blood alcohol concentration, first offense. She was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and fined $400 plus $85 in court costs. 

Bradley W. Craig, 54, pleaded not guilty to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. He was found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended, and fined $150 plus $85 in court costs. He received credit for two days served. 

Miles D. Bieber, 20, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), second offense. He was found guilty and fined $200 plus $85 in court costs.
