PABLO – The Lady Vikings picked up W’s while on the road, falling behind in only one game set out of seven played.
On Thursday, the Lady Vikings challenged Two Eagle River in Pablo, taking home the 3-1 prize. After Charlo took the first set with ease, the Lady Eagles came back to give the purple pride trouble in the second, but the Lady Vikings lit up in the final two to snatch the win.
No individual stats were given for the Two Eagle game.
Saturday the Lady Vikings defeated Superior with ease, sweeping the Lady Bobcats 3-0.
Sienna Brown and Lindsey Tryon combined for 12 kills with six apiece while Tryon added five blocks. Brooke Doty had 13 digs for Charlo.
The Lady Vikings will host Noxon Sept. 11 and then head to Seeley-Swan Sept. 13.
